- Our current designs are the
result of 13 years of development, testing, and refinement. They are suited
for every type of use; racing, passenger hauling , or recreation; and because
we build to order, you will get the sled that you want. We guarantee it.

Uncompromising Design
- Our sleds are designed
from the runners up to do their jobs well, and are built to do them day after
day and year after year. Performance and Reliability are our
key design points. Reliability requires durability, and durability requires
uncompromising design and attention to detail.

Modern Materials & Methods
- The CB Sled connector system,
made from UV-resistant UHMW polyethyene, has been awarded US Patent #5,205,570.
The CAD designed connectors are CNC machined in-house. All
hardware is stainless steel.

Quality Craftsmanship
- The quality of our wood starts
with the logs. Selected logs are sawn to our specifications, and the boards
are dried here, in our own shop. Those boards are then carefully resawn to
yield parts with the grain structure and quality that we require. Every detail
of the construction has been fine-tuned through more than a decade of experience.

Full Range of Models &
Options
- We build basket sleds, toboggan
sleds, and raised toboggan sleds in a wide range of sizes, currently ranging
from 6'-6'' to 10' runner length. We have built small racers, super-duty giant
passenger haulers and just about everything in between.
A Note About Weight
Some sleds are
sold with QCR's and brake optional, and many do not include a drag pad. Since
they aren't included standard, they aren't included in the listed weight
either. Our sleds include QCR's, rails and plastic, and the complete brake system including the drag pad
in both the standard package and the listed weight. Our listed weight is
the honest, trail-ready weight.
